Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term engineering vision and technical roadmap
- Oversee the architecture of a high-scale discoverability platform
- Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of software engineers
- Implement and optimize DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technical output with business goals
- Manage the annual engineering budget with a focus on cost efficiency
Essential
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling and mentoring engineering teams in a B2B context
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies and cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance architecture
