Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine complex financial models to support data-driven decision making
- Lead the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Create persuasive executive-level presentations and board memos
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully
Essential
- Expertise in constructing and maintaining DCF and three-statement financial models
- Proven ability to manage budgeting and forecasting cycles in a corporate environment
- Direct experience conducting comprehensive due diligence for investments or M&A
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote setting
- Strong track record of supporting strategic planning initiatives
Preferred
