Key Responsibilities
- Lead and stabilize a core team of nine employees across engineering, data science, and BI
- Oversee the 18-24 month transition to a federated data model
- Modernize the BI program and decommission legacy platforms like Tableau and Hyperion
- Establish the data quality and governance standards necessary for AI enablement
- Translate technical data initiatives into measurable business value for corporate stakeholders
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in data engineering, analytics, or enterprise architecture
- Proven history of leading data transformations within consumer-focused industries
- Extensive experience managing data functions within an AWS technology stack
- Demonstrated ability to lead and stabilize teams in environments with low digital maturity
- Experience managing both internal staff and third-party outsourced delivery partners
- Expertise in transitioning organizations from centralized to federated data models
Preferred
- Experience in decommissioning legacy BI tools like Hyperion and Tableau
