Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on Security, Risk, and Compliance
  • Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of business performance measurement tools
  • Translate complex behavioral data into actionable insights regarding risk drivers
  • Audit and improve the departmental reporting suite for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to enhance organizational performance
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical requests and departmental priorities

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical, commercial, or analytical roles
  • At least 1 year of direct experience managing and mentoring data professionals (analysts, engineers, or scientists)
  • Proven ability to manage team workloads and prioritize competing project deadlines
  • Strong track record of influencing business stakeholders through data-driven insights
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City office

Preferred
