Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on Security, Risk, and Compliance
- Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of business performance measurement tools
- Translate complex behavioral data into actionable insights regarding risk drivers
- Audit and improve the departmental reporting suite for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to enhance organizational performance
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical requests and departmental priorities
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical, commercial, or analytical roles
- At least 1 year of direct experience managing and mentoring data professionals (analysts, engineers, or scientists)
- Proven ability to manage team workloads and prioritize competing project deadlines
- Strong track record of influencing business stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City office
Preferred
- Experience working within highly regulated sectors (e.g., gaming, finance, or insurance)
- Background in international collaboration across different time zones
