Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and establish success benchmarks
  • Monitor product adoption metrics to identify and re-engage at-risk accounts
  • Execute quarterly business reviews to align product value with client ROI
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio
  • Act as an internal advocate by relaying client feedback to engineering and product teams

Essential

  • Ability to work U.S. client business hours
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and securing renewals
  • Experience leading client onboarding and product training sessions
  • Capability to manage a portfolio of 20–40 active accounts
  • Experience conducting strategic reviews and QBRs
  • Proficiency in triaging support issues and managing escalations

Preferred

  • 3–5 years of CSM or Account Management experience with revenue targets
  • Background in SaaS, professional services, or B2B technology sectors
  • Experience with customer health scoring, NPS, and CSAT metrics
  • Ability to create client-facing collateral such as playbooks and case studies
