Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and establish success benchmarks
- Monitor product adoption metrics to identify and re-engage at-risk accounts
- Execute quarterly business reviews to align product value with client ROI
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio
- Act as an internal advocate by relaying client feedback to engineering and product teams
Essential
- Ability to work U.S. client business hours
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and securing renewals
- Experience leading client onboarding and product training sessions
- Capability to manage a portfolio of 20–40 active accounts
- Experience conducting strategic reviews and QBRs
- Proficiency in triaging support issues and managing escalations
Preferred
- 3–5 years of CSM or Account Management experience with revenue targets
- Background in SaaS, professional services, or B2B technology sectors
- Experience with customer health scoring, NPS, and CSAT metrics
- Ability to create client-facing collateral such as playbooks and case studies
