Key Responsibilities

Essential

  • Expertise in adult learning principles and inclusive instructional design
  • Ability to facilitate sessions for executive-level audiences
  • Experience managing external vendors and assessment tools
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking qualitative and quantitative success metrics

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fully virtual or remote-first corporate environment
