Key Responsibilities
- Direct all day-to-day operations for Rooms, Food & Beverage, and guest services
- Mentor and coach department heads to maintain elite service standards
- Analyze departmental performance and implement efficiency improvements

- Collaborate with the General Manager on long-term operational strategy
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and hospitality best practices
Essential
- Extensive leadership background in Five Diamond or Four Star luxury hospitality environments
- Minimum of one year of experience specifically as a Hotel Manager
- Comprehensive operational knowledge of both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage
- Proven track record of managing large, multi-departmental teams
- Deep understanding of financial metrics, forecasting, and labor productivity
- Ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Preferred
