Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic interface for Elite’s most complex global customers
- Develop and govern long-term advisory roadmaps aligned with firm objectives
- Lead enterprise-level operational assessments to identify optimization opportunities
- Influence product feature readiness and prioritization through collaboration with Product Management
- Oversee service-level management and performance expectations for advisory engagements
- Support Sales teams in articulating value propositions for executive-level pursuits
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of professional consulting experience
- Extensive background in hands-on solution consulting and product configuration
- Proven track record in managing complex software implementation projects
- Strong analytical capabilities and process design expertise
- Ability to model workflows and apply quantitative reasoning to business problems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
Preferred
- Direct experience with legal practice management software
- Functional consulting experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
