Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor program managers to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Operationalize the organization's logic model and strengthen data evaluation routines
- Formalize the Hospitality for Social Justice (HSJ) Program and manage partner expectations
- Develop and stabilize the Alumni Program to ensure long-term participant support
- Coordinate across Programs, Operations, and Development teams to ensure organizational alignment
Essential
- Proven track record in executive or senior-level people leadership
- Experience managing and developing mid-level managers and diverse teams
- Deep commitment to supporting justice-involved youth and marginalized communities
- Ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable daily routines
- Strong background in program evaluation and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to eliminate organizational surprises
- Experience in operationalizing logic models and impact metrics
