Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor program managers to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Operationalize the organization's logic model and strengthen data evaluation routines
  • Formalize the Hospitality for Social Justice (HSJ) Program and manage partner expectations
  • Develop and stabilize the Alumni Program to ensure long-term participant support
  • Coordinate across Programs, Operations, and Development teams to ensure organizational alignment

Essential

  • Proven track record in executive or senior-level people leadership
  • Experience managing and developing mid-level managers and diverse teams
  • Deep commitment to supporting justice-involved youth and marginalized communities
  • Ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable daily routines
  • Strong background in program evaluation and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to eliminate organizational surprises
