Key Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering delivery and quality across North and Latin American teams
- Collaborate with EMEA leadership to ensure global technical alignment
- Identify and address technical debt while maintaining high team velocity
- Engage with customers to validate that engineering efforts deliver tangible value
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering talent, from recruitment to career progression
Essential
- Proven experience leading and supporting multiple engineering teams simultaneously
- Ability to manage and mentor very senior engineers and engineering managers
- Experience defining technical architecture and long-term system strategy
- Track record of partnering with Product leadership to align engineering and product roadmaps
- Experience managing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development
- Ability to make decisive actions with imperfect information
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations to maintain operational awareness
Preferred
- Experience working with distributed teams across North America and Latin America
- Background in scaling platforms with a global customer base
- Experience in the HR Tech or Developer Tools industry
