Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee engineering delivery and quality across North and Latin American teams
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to ensure global technical alignment
  • Identify and address technical debt while maintaining high team velocity
  • Engage with customers to validate that engineering efforts deliver tangible value
  • Manage the full lifecycle of engineering talent, from recruitment to career progression

Essential

  • Proven experience leading and supporting multiple engineering teams simultaneously
  • Ability to manage and mentor very senior engineers and engineering managers
  • Experience defining technical architecture and long-term system strategy
  • Track record of partnering with Product leadership to align engineering and product roadmaps
  • Experience managing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development
  • Ability to make decisive actions with imperfect information
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations to maintain operational awareness

Preferred

  • Experience working with distributed teams across North America and Latin America
  • Background in scaling platforms with a global customer base
  • Experience in the HR Tech or Developer Tools industry
