Key Responsibilities

  • Direct global financial planning, including annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting
  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive data-backed decisions
  • Manage and mentor the accounting and finance staff to foster professional growth
  • Lead the modernization of financial systems, specifically NetSuite and AI integrations
  • Facilitate investor relations through transparent and accurate financial reporting

Essential

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Proven track record in senior leadership positions such as Controller or Director of FP&A
  • Extensive experience working within private-equity-backed or global SaaS environments
  • Deep expertise in GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
  • Experience managing global financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to present financial narratives to Boards, investors, and lenders
