Key Responsibilities
- Direct global financial planning, including annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive data-backed decisions
- Manage and mentor the accounting and finance staff to foster professional growth
- Lead the modernization of financial systems, specifically NetSuite and AI integrations
- Facilitate investor relations through transparent and accurate financial reporting
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proven track record in senior leadership positions such as Controller or Director of FP&A
- Extensive experience working within private-equity-backed or global SaaS environments
- Deep expertise in GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
- Experience managing global financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to present financial narratives to Boards, investors, and lenders
Preferred
- Experience with M&A analysis and post-acquisition integration
- Background in implementing AI strategies within financial workflows
