Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover user pain points
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to integrate user insights into the development cycle
- Develop and manage a comprehensive research roadmap aligned with business goals
- Advocate for user-centricity in all internal product discussions and strategy meetings
- Refine and improve internal research methodologies and toolsets
- Mentor junior team members and share cross-functional knowledge
Essential
- Proven experience in planning and executing diverse qualitative research methods including in-depth interviews and usability testing
- Ability to conduct quantitative research such as A/B testing analysis and survey design
- Strong capability to translate raw data into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience working across the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to post-launch
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to stakeholders persuasively
- Commitment to a user-centric design philosophy
Preferred
- Experience mentoring junior research staff
- Background in ethnographic studies or behavioral psychology
- Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
- Familiarity with talent acquisition or HR tech industries
