Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover user pain points
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to integrate user insights into the development cycle
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive research roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Advocate for user-centricity in all internal product discussions and strategy meetings
  • Refine and improve internal research methodologies and toolsets
  • Mentor junior team members and share cross-functional knowledge

Essential

  • Proven experience in planning and executing diverse qualitative research methods including in-depth interviews and usability testing
  • Ability to conduct quantitative research such as A/B testing analysis and survey design
  • Strong capability to translate raw data into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience working across the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to post-launch
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to stakeholders persuasively
  • Commitment to a user-centric design philosophy

Preferred

  • Experience mentoring junior research staff
  • Background in ethnographic studies or behavioral psychology
  • Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition or HR tech industries
