Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for new product launches and feature enhancements
- Design and manage in-app user experiences, including walkthroughs and surveys via Pendo
- Create and distribute high-quality sales enablement materials like battlecards and brochures
- Build interactive product demos to showcase platform value to prospects
- Ensure brand alignment and professional standards across all client-facing touchpoints
Essential
- Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B or Fintech environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead go-to-market (GTM) execution and communication plans
- Experience managing in-app engagement tools and interactive demo platforms
- Proficiency in maintaining sales enablement libraries and collateral
- Strong capability in managing client-facing documentation and product updates
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, and Client Success teams
Preferred
- Experience specifically within the alternative investment or wealth management technology sector
- Advanced proficiency with Pendo for user walkthroughs and NPS tracking
- Experience creating interactive product experiences using Walnut
