Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Configure the Brightflag platform to meet specific client business and technical needs
- Develop and oversee comprehensive data migration and system integration plans
- Identify and mitigate project risks while managing executive-level escalations
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate client feedback and feature requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 4 years in a client-facing implementation or professional services role within B2B SaaS
- Proven track context managing multiple enterprise-level software deployments simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to act as both a project manager and a functional product expert
- Strong understanding of data ETL processes and software migration strategies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with high self-motivation
Preferred
- PMP or CAPM professional certification
- Direct experience or domain expertise in Legal Operations or Legal Matter Management
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project methodologies
