Key Responsibilities

Essential

  • 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting
  • Proven track record in startup or high-growth corporate environments
  • Direct experience overseeing accounting close cycles and controllership duties
  • Deep understanding of SaaS-specific financial metrics and business models
  • Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business decisions

Preferred

  • Hybrid background combining startup agility with formal accounting rigor
  • Experience implementing or scaling enterprise-grade accounting and finance software
