Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
  • Proficiency in conducting and interpreting Watson compensation surveys
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial models

Preferred

  • Experience working within a fast-paced professional services or Manhattan-based firm
  • Proven track record of process improvement in HR operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for salary and bonus projections
