Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between insurance vendors and employees to resolve benefit inquiries
- Manage end-to-end administration for retirement plans and 401(k) data validation
- Execute monthly and quarterly audits of insurance premium payments
- Develop complex salary and bonus models to support annual compensation cycles
- Lead the annual open enrollment process for all welfare and benefit plans
- Recommend competitive salary placements for new hires based on market data
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting Watson compensation surveys
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial models
Preferred
- Experience working within a fast-paced professional services or Manhattan-based firm
- Proven track record of process improvement in HR operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for salary and bonus projections
