Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support
  • Design and implement operating and integration models for acquired companies
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams including HR, Tax, Procurement, and Go-to-Market
  • Establish governance frameworks and track critical milestones for PMI progress
  • Prepare and present status reports and investment scenarios to Senior Leadership

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Business Operations within a large-scale corporate environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in a formal people management or team leadership capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate North American and global deal timelines
  • Willingness to travel at moderate levels as required by deal activity

Preferred

  • Direct exposure to or previous experience in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) activity
  • Proven track record of excellence in previous professional roles
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional corporate operations including HR, Finance, and Legal
  • Experience working on highly complex, multi-layered projects
