Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support
- Design and implement operating and integration models for acquired companies
- Manage cross-functional workstreams including HR, Tax, Procurement, and Go-to-Market
- Establish governance frameworks and track critical milestones for PMI progress
- Prepare and present status reports and investment scenarios to Senior Leadership
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Business Operations within a large-scale corporate environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a formal people management or team leadership capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate North American and global deal timelines
- Willingness to travel at moderate levels as required by deal activity
Preferred
- Direct exposure to or previous experience in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) activity
- Proven track record of excellence in previous professional roles
- Strong understanding of cross-functional corporate operations including HR, Finance, and Legal
- Experience working on highly complex, multi-layered projects
