Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy
- Collaborate with the Data team to conduct original research on healthcare trends
- Produce high-quality white papers, blog posts, and webinar content
- Coach the executive team for high-profile speaking engagements
- Build and maintain a network of external industry partners and experts
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years in high-level analytical storytelling or strategic content roles
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Experience owning the end-to-end thought leadership lifecycle from hypothesis to publication
- Strong editorial skills with the ability to write and oversee white papers and presentations
- Ability to work in-office in NYC three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare technology or benefits consulting
- Established network of healthcare industry experts and thought leaders
- Background in demand generation support through content marketing
