Key Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and Leadership Team on all people-related strategies and workforce planning
- Lead the change management and internal communications for the upcoming campus relocation
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the employee experience, from recruitment to retirement
- Integrate data-informed tools and AI to enhance HR efficiency and talent insights
- Cultivate an organizational culture rooted in equity, adaptability, and radical hospitality
Essential
- Proven experience in executive HR leadership and organizational development
- Expertise in change management, specifically regarding large-scale transitions or relocations
- Demonstrated ability to lead talent strategy and workforce planning
- Experience managing total rewards, including compensation and benefits design
- Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to a CEO and Board of Directors
