- Define and execute the organization's global impact and learning agenda
- Ensure strategic coherence between humanitarian, development, and sponsorship work
- Partner with Regional Directors to empower country offices and reduce operational complexity

- Model and champion the 'One Plan' culture and feminist leadership behaviors
Essential
- Extensive leadership experience within the NGO or international development sector
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global portfolios across humanitarian and development contexts
- Demonstrated ability to integrate advocacy, communications, and partnership strategies
- Experience in performance reporting and evidence-based decision making
- Commitment to feminist leadership principles and inclusive organizational culture
Preferred
