Key Responsibilities
- Align Support, Product, and Engineering workflows to ensure product readiness
- Develop and scale global support coverage models and KPI frameworks
- Translate operational friction into technical requirements for internal automation and AI tools
- Construct and oversee dashboards to monitor customer experience and product trends
- Manage headcount, budgeting, and capacity planning in coordination with Finance
- Present data-driven narratives to executives to guide business strategy
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years in Operations, Strategy, or Consulting roles
- Extensive experience within the SaaS or large-scale technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process optimization
- Proficiency in SQL-based data manipulation and analysis
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced corporate environments
Preferred
