Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor the Content and International Content teams
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all media output to ensure quality and punctuality
- Design and implement the organizational structure for the Media function
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Events to create holistic, community-first activations
- Set clear goals and drive accountability across the content pipeline
Essential
- Proven experience leading and scaling multi-layered media leadership teams
- Deep expertise in managing high-volume production pipelines across YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok
- Strong operational background with a focus on accountability and KPI tracking
- Ability to manage international teams across multiple time zones
- Experience in organizational design and resource allocation for long-term strategy
- Track record of catching operational slips before they impact production
Preferred
- Established relationships with executives at top-tier sports, tech, and media firms
