Key Responsibilities

• Drafting UX copy for therapist onboarding, scheduling, and compliance workflows
• Developing content strategies for new feature launches and product changes
• Designing transactional emails and in-app notifications in tandem with Marketing
• Establishing reusable content patterns and contributing to the design system
• Mentoring non-writers on the team by providing copy frameworks and feedback
• Partnering with clinical experts to ensure accuracy in sensitive health-related content

Essential

• Experience writing clear, concise UX copy for complex digital products
• Ability to translate technical product requirements into user-friendly language
• Experience managing in-product announcements and transactional email content
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including PMs, Designers, and Researchers
• Experience using data, research, and A/B testing to inform content decisions
• Capability to maintain brand voice while prioritizing usability and clarity

Preferred

• Experience working in the health, wellness, or regulated industry sectors
• Background in creating and maintaining content design systems or style guides
• Experience working with clinical or subject matter experts to refine specialized content
