Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including research, discovery, and execution
- Partner with PMs and Engineers to define product problems and influence the roadmap
- Optimize user experiences to improve activation, engagement, and retention metrics
- Develop and evolve scalable design systems and patterns across all platforms
- Foster a strong design culture through peer feedback and process improvement
Essential
- Extensive experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end user journeys for both mobile and web platforms
- Ability to navigate and solve highly ambiguous product problems from scratch
- Strong proficiency in articulating design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in balancing high-level systems thinking with granular visual craft
Preferred
- Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry
- History of contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems
