Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor and Chief of Staff to the IFP CEO
  • Own and execute the 5-year strategic growth agenda and business plans
  • Define and track organizational OKRs and mission-critical metrics
  • Lead market expansion initiatives and strategic business intelligence gathering
  • Facilitate collaboration between UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and UnitedHealth Group

Essential

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and business intelligence
  • Proven track record in a Chief of Staff or high-level strategic advisory capacity
  • Ability to develop and execute 5-year business growth agendas
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and business plans
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization

Preferred
