Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor and Chief of Staff to the IFP CEO
- Own and execute the 5-year strategic growth agenda and business plans
- Define and track organizational OKRs and mission-critical metrics
- Lead market expansion initiatives and strategic business intelligence gathering
- Facilitate collaboration between UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and UnitedHealth Group
Essential
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and business intelligence
- Proven track record in a Chief of Staff or high-level strategic advisory capacity
- Ability to develop and execute 5-year business growth agendas
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and business plans
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization
Preferred
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Minnesota
- Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
