Key Responsibilities
- Directing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and cash management
- Leading the annual insurance renewal and budgeting processes for the entire portfolio
- Supervising and mentoring accounting support staff including performance reviews

- Coordinating with external auditors for tax preparation and annual audits
Essential
- Minimum of five years of senior-level accounting experience
- Proven track record in general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and generate comprehensive reports
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and finance regulations
Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Prior experience in property management, construction, or real estate development accounting
- Background working within a multi-entity corporate environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or people management role
