Key Responsibilities

  • Directing daily center operations and ensuring strict adherence to business initiatives and workflows
  • Mentoring Health Center Managers to ensure consistent service quality across all locations
  • Analyzing performance data to identify inefficiencies and implementing corrective action plans
  • Managing budgets and financial reconciliations under the guidance of market leadership
  • Facilitating communication between healthcare providers and insurance entities regarding performance metrics

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare operations and administration
  • Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, including legal and regulatory standards
  • Deep knowledge of Medical Insurance and HIPAA compliance
