Key Responsibilities
- Directing daily center operations and ensuring strict adherence to business initiatives and workflows
- Mentoring Health Center Managers to ensure consistent service quality across all locations
- Analyzing performance data to identify inefficiencies and implementing corrective action plans
- Managing budgets and financial reconciliations under the guidance of market leadership
- Facilitating communication between healthcare providers and insurance entities regarding performance metrics
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare operations and administration
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, including legal and regulatory standards
- Deep knowledge of Medical Insurance and HIPAA compliance
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
