Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global clinical operations strategy to support rapid company growth.
  • Scale and mentor global teams to ensure talent aligns with future expansion goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Partner with Product teams to embed AI and eClinical solutions into daily operations.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic client accounts and bid defenses.
  • Implement quality-by-design principles and manage CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential

  • Extensive leadership experience in global clinical operations
  • Proven track record of managing the full clinical trial lifecycle from startup to closeout
  • Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards
  • Experience in strategic resource planning and workforce optimization
  • Ability to establish and monitor complex KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Experience in executive-level client relationship management
  • History of successful collaboration with Business Development on bid defenses and proposals

Preferred

  • Experience working within a technology-enabled CRO environment
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics in clinical settings
  • Background in integrating eClinical software into operational workflows
  • Experience in behavioral health market contexts
