Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global clinical operations strategy to support rapid company growth.
- Scale and mentor global teams to ensure talent aligns with future expansion goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines.
- Partner with Product teams to embed AI and eClinical solutions into daily operations.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic client accounts and bid defenses.
- Implement quality-by-design principles and manage CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential
- Extensive leadership experience in global clinical operations
- Proven track record of managing the full clinical trial lifecycle from startup to closeout
- Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards
- Experience in strategic resource planning and workforce optimization
- Ability to establish and monitor complex KPIs and performance dashboards
- Experience in executive-level client relationship management
- History of successful collaboration with Business Development on bid defenses and proposals
Preferred
- Experience working within a technology-enabled CRO environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics in clinical settings
- Background in integrating eClinical software into operational workflows
- Experience in behavioral health market contexts
