  • Design and execute a comprehensive multi-channel lead generation strategy
  • Manage and optimize significant budgets across Meta and Google advertising platforms
  • Oversee telemarketing and outbound operations to ensure lead conversion
  • Implement and refine CRM automations and inbound marketing funnels
  • Provide accurate growth forecasting and strategic expansion roadmaps to the CEO

Essential

  • Minimum of 7 years in growth leadership or performance marketing roles
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing Meta and Google Ads at scale
  • Experience overseeing outbound telemarketing or call center operations
  • Expertise in funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and scaling tactics
  • Ability to forecast growth and develop long-term expansion strategies
