Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive multi-channel lead generation strategy
- Manage and optimize significant budgets across Meta and Google advertising platforms
- Oversee telemarketing and outbound operations to ensure lead conversion
- Implement and refine CRM automations and inbound marketing funnels
- Provide accurate growth forecasting and strategic expansion roadmaps to the CEO
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years in growth leadership or performance marketing roles
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing Meta and Google Ads at scale
- Experience overseeing outbound telemarketing or call center operations
- Expertise in funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and scaling tactics
- Ability to forecast growth and develop long-term expansion strategies
- Willingness to work in a performance-based equity model initially
Preferred
- Direct experience in lead generation for the construction or home improvement industry
