Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain bank-wide compliance policies following OCC Heightened Standards
• Execute enterprise-level risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance threats
• Establish second-line-of-defense monitoring and testing programs
• Lead the bank through regulatory examinations and serve as the primary OCC contact
• Conduct annual compliance training for all bank personnel
• Collaborate with Information Security and Treasury for SOC audits

Essential

• Extensive experience in banking compliance, specifically with OCC regulations
• Proven ability to design and implement a Compliance Management System (CMS)
• Experience managing enterprise-wide risk assessments
• Ability to report directly to a Board of Directors and Audit Committee
• Familiarity with fiduciary activity auditing and SOC audit support

Preferred

• Experience within a National Trust Bank environment
• Background in digital assets or fintech-related banking
• Advanced certifications in compliance or risk management
