Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a regional L&D strategy aligned with global Ennismore objectives
  • Design and facilitate workshops, e-learning, and hands-on training for three hotel properties
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop tailored career paths
  • Oversee the administration and engagement of the digital Learning Management System
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness using key performance indicators
  • Ensure all educational programs comply with local labor regulations and ESG standards

Essential

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in training, human resources, or talent development
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute leadership development and staff training programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of Mexican labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to captivate and educate diverse groups of employees
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for educational initiatives

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-unit or 'area' capacity in the hospitality sector
  • Background in creative or lifestyle hospitality brands
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis to track and report on training ROI
