Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a regional L&D strategy aligned with global Ennismore objectives
- Design and facilitate workshops, e-learning, and hands-on training for three hotel properties
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop tailored career paths
- Oversee the administration and engagement of the digital Learning Management System
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness using key performance indicators
- Ensure all educational programs comply with local labor regulations and ESG standards
Essential
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in training, human resources, or talent development
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute leadership development and staff training programs
- Comprehensive understanding of Mexican labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to captivate and educate diverse groups of employees
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for educational initiatives
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-unit or 'area' capacity in the hospitality sector
- Background in creative or lifestyle hospitality brands
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis to track and report on training ROI
