Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows
• Establish and monitor SLAs and SLOs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct post-mortems and root cause analysis to prevent recurring system failures
• Bridge the gap between manual workarounds and long-term automated solutions

Essential

• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure, specifically within the Azure ecosystem
• Hands-on expertise with containerization technologies like Docker
• Background in managing incident response and participating in on-call rotations
• Strong grasp of networking protocols, security standards, and modern system architecture
• Ability to perform manual operational tasks when necessary to support features in development
• Competency in documenting interim procedures and maintaining comprehensive runbooks

Preferred

• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth corporate environment
• Familiarity with compliance-driven technology sectors
• Advanced knowledge of performance tuning and disaster recovery planning
