- Lead enterprise-level go-lives and technical discovery sessions
- Develop standardized onboarding playbooks and checklists to reduce variability
- Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Engineering to align integration plans with commercial goals
- Serve as the primary technical filter to manage and reduce engineering dependencies
- Scale the implementation function to match rapid global revenue growth
Essential
- Proven experience operating within high-growth startup or scale-up environments
