Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and enterprise deployment frameworks
- Lead the adoption and maturity of Terraform and Ansible across the organization
- Manage Kubernetes cluster health, scaling, and upgrades in complex environments
- Partner with finance and engineering to optimize cloud performance and expenditure
- Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and technical knowledge sharing
- Enforce security and reliability best practices across all cloud-native platforms
Essential
- Extensive experience designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure)
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes reliability, including multi-cluster management and workload lifecycles
- Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and methodologies
- Experience leading incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventative engineering
- Ability to define and implement SLO/SLI frameworks and observability platforms
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
- Background in managing large-scale data processing infrastructure
- Experience with financial stakeholders for cloud cost optimization
- Previous experience in a staff-level or lead engineering capacity
