Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and enterprise deployment frameworks
  • Lead the adoption and maturity of Terraform and Ansible across the organization
  • Manage Kubernetes cluster health, scaling, and upgrades in complex environments
  • Partner with finance and engineering to optimize cloud performance and expenditure
  • Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and technical knowledge sharing
  • Enforce security and reliability best practices across all cloud-native platforms

Essential

  • Extensive experience designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure
  • Proven track record with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure)
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes reliability, including multi-cluster management and workload lifecycles
  • Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and methodologies
  • Experience leading incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventative engineering
  • Ability to define and implement SLO/SLI frameworks and observability platforms

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors
  • Background in managing large-scale data processing infrastructure
  • Experience with financial stakeholders for cloud cost optimization
  • Previous experience in a staff-level or lead engineering capacity
