Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for sample receipt and report review software
- Collaborate with Engineering and Test teams to prioritize high-value features
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal users and external stakeholders
- Support regulatory audits and software validation processes with Quality teams
- Identify and eliminate technical and operational bottlenecks in the lab workflow
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software product management
- Proven ability to write detailed product and software requirements
- Experience driving execution and delivery of high-impact software features
- Ability to work on-site at least 60% of the work week (24 hours minimum)
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or clinical laboratory software
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality compliance (e.g., software validation, audits)
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field
