Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for sample receipt and report review software
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Test teams to prioritize high-value features
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from internal users and external stakeholders
  • Support regulatory audits and software validation processes with Quality teams
  • Identify and eliminate technical and operational bottlenecks in the lab workflow

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software product management
  • Proven ability to write detailed product and software requirements
  • Experience driving execution and delivery of high-impact software features
  • Ability to work on-site at least 60% of the work week (24 hours minimum)

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or clinical laboratory software
  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality compliance (e.g., software validation, audits)
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field
