Key Responsibilities
- Constructing and analyzing leveraged buyout and financial projection models
- Performing comprehensive due diligence and presenting findings to the investment committee
- Sourcing new deal opportunities and preparing detailed screening memos
- Coordinating the underwriting process and drafting investment memorandums
- Assisting with legal documentation and ongoing portfolio company management
- Conducting interviews with management teams and industry stakeholders
Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
- Proven track record in financial modeling and leveraged buyout analysis
- Ability to conduct in-depth industry research and data gathering
- Experience managing due diligence processes and underwriting fund investments
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in English for professional communication
Preferred
- MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
- Background in public accounting with a focus on Audit and Transaction Advisory
- Experience with legal documentation and negotiation support
- Advanced degree in a related field
