Key Responsibilities

  • Constructing and analyzing leveraged buyout and financial projection models
  • Performing comprehensive due diligence and presenting findings to the investment committee
  • Sourcing new deal opportunities and preparing detailed screening memos
  • Coordinating the underwriting process and drafting investment memorandums
  • Assisting with legal documentation and ongoing portfolio company management
  • Conducting interviews with management teams and industry stakeholders

Essential

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
  • Proven track record in financial modeling and leveraged buyout analysis
  • Ability to conduct in-depth industry research and data gathering
  • Experience managing due diligence processes and underwriting fund investments
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency in English for professional communication

Preferred

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
  • Background in public accounting with a focus on Audit and Transaction Advisory
  • Experience with legal documentation and negotiation support
  • Advanced degree in a related field
