Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and critique interior design submissions for brand compliance
- Manage the technical review of finishes, furniture, and equipment specifications
- Lead design milestone reviews and kick-off sessions with external partners
- Collaborate with the AD&C Project Management team on conversion opportunities
- Maintain and update brand standards based on industry trends and feedback
Essential
- Ability to provide professional digital commentary on interior design submittals
- Experience with New Build, Conversion, and Adaptive Re-Use projects
- Capability to review technical drawing sets, specifications, and shop drawings
- Strong negotiation skills to align franchisee goals with brand standards
- Proficiency in managing project workflows and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to conduct virtual pre-design and ID kick-off meetings
Preferred
- Previous experience within a corporate hospitality design team
- Familiarity with Property Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Existing relationships with hospitality vendors and manufacturers
