Key Responsibilities
- Directing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
- Leading the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing accounting staff
- Managing accounts receivable and optimizing cash flow stability
- Presenting comprehensive financial results and forecasts to the executive leadership team
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven leadership experience in roles such as Corporate Controller, Divisional Controller, or Accounting Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage large-volume data sets
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
