Essential
- Extensive experience in executive-level human resources or people operations leadership
- Deep expertise in multi-country employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of managing people operations across multiple African countries and the United States
- Experience building and scaling people functions in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to design and implement AI- and tech-enabled talent platforms
- Strong background in organizational design and agile methodology
Preferred
