  • Ability to design and implement AI- and tech-enabled talent platforms
  • Strong background in organizational design and agile methodology

Preferred

  • Experience in the global nonprofit or social impact sector
  • Background in digital transformation within HR functions
  • Experience leading remote or distributed global workforces
