- Proven track record of managing people operations across multiple African countries and the United States
- Experience building and scaling people functions in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to design and implement AI- and tech-enabled talent platforms
- Strong background in organizational design and agile methodology
Preferred
- Experience in the global nonprofit or social impact sector
- Background in digital transformation within HR functions
- Experience leading remote or distributed global workforces
