Key Responsibilities
- Execute rough and fine cuts for long-form YouTube videos and social clips
- Animate assets provided by graphic designers using After Effects
- Perform color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure high production value
- Collaborate with the content team on shot lists and storyboards prior to filming
- Ensure all video exports are optimized for their respective platforms (YouTube, Shorts, Social)
- Maintain the production schedule to prevent downstream delays in the content calendar
Essential
- Must be based in the Philippines with full legal right to work
- Proven professional experience in video editing (2-4 years)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production and storytelling
- Ability to manage the full post-production workflow independently
- Experience with both long-form and short-form video formats
- Capacity to work within a sequential production pipeline and meet strict deadlines
Preferred
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or audiences
- Background in creating content for B2B SaaS or the construction industry
- Strong eye for pacing and narrative flow in educational content
