- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multi-national engineering team of 15+ members
- Enhance platform security, stability, and scalability for millions of users
- Integrate AI-driven personalization into the core cybersecurity awareness platform
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and market expansion
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Development)
- Strong background in scaling SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures
- Experience managing and growing international, distributed engineering teams
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy standards
- Ability to align technical strategy with commercial business objectives
Preferred
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration in SaaS products
- Previous experience working within a private equity or venture-backed growth environment
- Familiarity with the Nordic tech ecosystem
