Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep partnerships with Site GMs and rental stakeholders as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee damage validation processes (DVIRs) to ensure AI accuracy and evidence collection
  • Monitor support platforms and manage the resolution lifecycle of technical tickets
  • Conduct on-site training and coaching for client teams on system maintenance and best practices
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and consult with clients on maximizing ROI

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related operational role
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site client visits
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate software dashboards and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple strategic accounts or complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

Preferred

  • Previous experience within the SaaS industry
  • Background in the automotive or rental car sectors
  • Experience with AI or computer vision technology products
