Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the global talent acquisition strategy and partner with Finance on headcount planning
  • Design and implement performance management systems that foster accountability and growth
  • Lead the strategy for employee engagement surveys and translate data into actionable culture initiatives
  • Facilitate company-wide communications, including weekly huddles and touchpoints
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all matters related to people and organizational health

Essential

  • Comprehensive ownership of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
  • Proven ability to lead Talent Acquisition and remove hiring bottlenecks
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and developing total rewards philosophies
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and executive coaching
  • Ability to manage complex projects like bi-annual company-wide offsites and incentive trips
  • Experience maintaining and evolving organizational structures for transparency
  • Proficiency in administering and evaluating employee benefits programs

Preferred

  • Background in remote-first, high-growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Prior experience building or scaling a dedicated People team
  • History of leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or DEI programming
  • Experience within event technology, martech, or adjacent SaaS verticals
  • Experience leading culture committees or internal engagement initiatives
