Key Responsibilities
- Direct the global talent acquisition strategy and partner with Finance on headcount planning
- Design and implement performance management systems that foster accountability and growth
- Lead the strategy for employee engagement surveys and translate data into actionable culture initiatives
- Facilitate company-wide communications, including weekly huddles and touchpoints
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all matters related to people and organizational health
Essential
- Comprehensive ownership of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
- Proven ability to lead Talent Acquisition and remove hiring bottlenecks
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and developing total rewards philosophies
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and executive coaching
- Ability to manage complex projects like bi-annual company-wide offsites and incentive trips
- Experience maintaining and evolving organizational structures for transparency
- Proficiency in administering and evaluating employee benefits programs
Preferred
- Background in remote-first, high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Prior experience building or scaling a dedicated People team
- History of leading Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or DEI programming
- Experience within event technology, martech, or adjacent SaaS verticals
- Experience leading culture committees or internal engagement initiatives
