  • Expertise in Gong Engage for sequencing and workflow design
  • Proficiency in Gong Forecasting for pipeline and category management
  • Practical, non-theoretical experience applying AI tools to CS workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and logic
  • Strong analytical capabilities using BI tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Experience in people management and developing junior operations staff

Preferred

  • Experience managing operations for multi-vertical customer bases (Retail, CPG, Finance)
  • Proven track record of building health scores and automated playbooks from scratch
