- Lead the proactive sourcing and ideation of M&A and investment targets
- Direct the end-to-end execution of global transactions as the primary negotiator
- Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analysis for senior management

- Develop long-term corporate research initiatives to identify new business areas
Essential
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive M&A experience
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Proven track record of leading high-value, complex transaction executions
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Experience negotiating legal documentation and market terms
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
Preferred
- Deep experience within the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector
