Key Responsibilities
- Own final creative approval for all Friday Beers brand output and content
- Lead and mentor a team of social media managers across multiple platforms
- Develop and launch new recurring content franchises and internet-native formats
- Collaborate with the sales team to create authentic, funny branded content for partners
- Analyze platform metrics to refine creative strategy and content performance
Essential
- 5–7 years of professional experience in creative, content, or digital media leadership
- Profound understanding of the Friday Beers brand, including its specific humor, characters, and cultural niche
- Expert-level knowledge of internet culture, meme vernacular, and platform-specific trends
- Proven track record of developing original content formats or successful creative campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and multi-channel content outputs
- Exceptional comedic writing ability and a sharp sense of humor
- Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles five days per week
