Key Responsibilities
- Drive the operating cadence and strategic initiatives for the SVP of Clinical Operations
- Lead the redesign of care delivery to align with new Product and Engineering structures
- Develop workforce playbooks to manage clinician supply and demand through quantifiable data
- Oversee clinical risk management and operational performance metrics
- Manage the evolution of AI-enabled clinical decision-making tools
Essential
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Experience structuring ambiguous operational problems into clear solutions
- Ability to translate operational metrics into financial impact
- Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder management
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior-level clinical or operations executives
- Background in scaling virtual care or digital health environments
