Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day AP/AR and employee expense reconciliations
  • Execute treasury tasks and manage company cash flow activities
  • Prepare comprehensive month-end working papers and journal entries
  • Maintain accurate customer billing records within Salesforce ERP
  • Support the Junior Controller during year-end audits and special financial projects

Essential

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Ability to work on-site at the London, Ontario office
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle AP and AR processes
  • Experience with government tax remittances and compliance
  • Capability to perform complex balance sheet reconciliations
  • Adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Preferred

  • Experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Previous involvement in ERP or accounting system conversions
  • Experience supporting year-end audit engagements
