Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day AP/AR and employee expense reconciliations
- Execute treasury tasks and manage company cash flow activities
- Prepare comprehensive month-end working papers and journal entries
- Maintain accurate customer billing records within Salesforce ERP
- Support the Junior Controller during year-end audits and special financial projects
Essential
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work on-site at the London, Ontario office
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle AP and AR processes
- Experience with government tax remittances and compliance
- Capability to perform complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferred
- Experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Previous involvement in ERP or accounting system conversions
- Experience supporting year-end audit engagements
