Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of the finance function from fractional to in-house
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a dedicated Finance Manager
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the co-founders and Executive Leadership Team
- Establish and maintain a robust financial operating rhythm and governance framework
- Ensure the company remains transaction-ready for future funding or M&A activity
Essential
- Proven experience leading finance functions within a high-growth scale-up environment
- Ability to transition finance operations from fractional/outsourced models to in-house teams
- Experience working directly with Executive Leadership Teams and Founders
- Strong background in financial governance and maintaining transaction readiness
- Ability to manage both high-level strategy and granular financial operations
Preferred
- Experience in a Series B or later stage SaaS company
- Previous experience with Insight Partners or similar top-tier VC firms
- Background in AI or FinTech sectors
