Key Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment and outbound logistics strategy for eCommerce and retail
- Manage 3PL performance and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers
- Oversee wholesale logistics and ensure compliance with partner requirements
- Maintain system accuracy for stock levels and inventory tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and delivery processes
Essential
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in operations or logistics
- Proven ability to manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) relationships
- Experience handling outbound shipping and carrier management
- Ability to work from the London office at least three days per week
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and process optimization
Preferred
- Experience within the outdoor or sports industry
- Previous experience working for a B Corp or purpose-led brand
- Familiarity with wholesale logistics and retail account onboarding
